We visited a Teen Arts Mentorship class (presented by The Arts Fund). Mentor artist, Joyce Wilson, presented the class "Alternative Process Photography". Photographic creative assignments and working sessions were accompanied by the use of Photoshop and NIK software. The class was lead on a path of discovery.
Photographs were turned into original works of art using handmade papers, collage, varnish, gold and coppers lead, solvents, transfers, and encaustic wax. Classes were held between Saturdays and Wednesdays from April 1-May 2.
Morris B. Squire Foundation is a proud supporter of The Arts Fund and their causes.
